Bio

Steve joined the recently opened Wintergreen Resort office of Roy Wheeler Realty and has become the top producer there in both 2010, 2011 and 2012. In 2012 Steve received one of only two awards for marketing and sales at the Wintergreen office, based on 2011 sales. His total sales at Wintergreen were the highest of all Realtors in the area at Wintergreen. During the previous year (2011) Steve was awarded Residential Realtor of the Year for all of Roy Wheeler Realty. Steve spent over 20 years as an award winning Business Development Manager in the petroleum equipment industry prior to his real estate career. After purchasing a second home at Wintergreen in the late 90’s, Steve and his wife moved to Wintergreen from Richmond and became full time residents. Steve is one of the most enthusiastic and active members of the Wintergreen community, and you may see him on the ski slopes, golf course or hiking trails there. He won the Wintergreen Golf Club championship in 2011, and serves on the Golf committee. Steve supports his community by volunteering with the Winter Special Olympics at Wintergreen, and by coaching youth basketball in the Nelson County Rec League. He is a member of the Wintergreen Nature Foundation, and has served on the board of the Wintergreen Mountain Homesteaders Association. Steve is a graduate of the University of CT and an avid UCONN basketball fan. Steve, his wife Marjolaine and their two pets DJ and Baby Girl enjoy their home on the Devils Knob Golf Course on Wintergreen Mountain.
